Good value accommodation. Reasonably new, but starting to look a little tired. Navette up to the ski lift is a must as it would be an awful walk otherwise!! Bakery delivery service a nice touch.

We had a fabulous time In Le Ruitor. The residence is just stunning. We were about 7 min walk from all the shops & restaurant, ski school, 1 min with the free shuttle. All the staff at the residence were very helpful and friendly. The spa area was perfect, pool was big enough to practice swimming length, the sauna & steam room were always very quiet. We were very pleased to discover they have recently opened a treatment room in the residence, so we did not need to go to Les Fermes de Sainte-Foy for our massage. I will definitely recommend this residence to anybody looking for a nice family time

Slightly tired rooms, but very functional in a good location. Hot water and warm. Clean. While we were pleasantly surprised to discover there was a breakfast boulangerie delivery service, we were shocked to find that breakfast had been stolen by the cleaners mucking out another room after a departure. When confronted - I could see our delivery with our number on it - they played dumb for some two minutes before reluctantly handing it over. Reception seemed quite uninterested, which annoyed me greatly. Swimming pool was freezing cold and not at all welcoming after a day out in the snow, and the steam room not working. Treadmill was broken too. And if my apartment was above these garage doors which slam so violently, I would be rating it one star. It won’t be long until a child’s fingers are lost.
