Have stayed twice. First time june 24 the pool pump expired and the pool went green. I didn’t worry these things happen. This time Dec 24 major waterworks all around the pool. I didn’t complain. Parked my motorcycle in the car park and got a very curt message sellotaped to the tank ‘This is a car park, not a motorcycle park’. So I complained at their lack of writing etiquette. Got a vague apology. I’ll let you make your own conclusions
The most disgusting hotel on Kamala, two men at the reception are rude and disrespectful to the guests, the young receptionist generally spoke negatively about tourists from Russia because he thought that they did not understand and did not hear him! Everything in the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not cleaned at all, if you want to spoil your vacation, do not try to choose this hotel!
Went there with my family. We planned to shop in bangkok and phuket hence Booking and payment done on advance by the travel agent, so that we don’t have to spend cash there. But they said the payment process wasn’t done and there was too much chaos for a while. Had fantasea booking also, but it was already 6 and missed the parades because of it. Not the hotel’s fault I agree, but they could have been a little polite and lenient about it though. The location is great. Pool is good. But the problem is the room/door. You could literally see everything inside from the gap of the door. Staff were okay. Same staff in reception and same were sweeping and cleaning tables. Looked like they lacked staff. No bell boy. Limited food options. Honestly it seemed more like a cheap 3 star hotel and not 4 star. Good thing is the female empowerment. If you are traveling alone to see the night life of phuket, you can stay there. But with family, the hotel is bit of a hassle.
