Great hotel. The Junior Suite was above our expectations. Beautiful view of the city. The hotel is located in a modern and safe area of the city. We booked tours pf the city and sorrounding area via Osprey Expeditions, which is highly recommened.
We did enjoy it.. Great location and excelente atención
The hotel is in the financial center of Caracas and is easily accessible. The rooms are nice and big, as is the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The big problem is that all the outlets near the bed or the bedside lamps don't work and you can't charge your phone. I always had to charge it in the bathroom. WiFi is very bad in the entire Hotel. The breakfast is very simple and the same every day, nothing special, but okay. In the hotel there is a clerk, ayoung man with dark hair who speaks very well English. Unfortunately he tells you that a taxi costs 15 US dollars to get to the center, which is simply not true. If you go to the other side of the street there are taxis and the cost is only 5 $. Why he does this, I can only guess. In any case, I found it unpleasant to be treated like that by an employee. All in all, I can recommend the hotel. There is also a metro station nearby. But I didn't use it because everyone advises against using the metro.
