Chacras de Sierra

Very good attention. All the staff very friendly. The restaurant with fresh and very tasty food. All the homemade breads are excellent. Well located on the main avenue, easy access. The restaurant is open all day, and that was important for us because the gastronomy in Sierras is small, you will find bars closed and the little that is open you have to wait to get a table

We booked and paid online. They called to tell us that what we had paid wasn't the real rate (it was more expensive). They doubted what we told them, and finally realized they were the ones who made the mistake. There was no soap/shampoo rack in the shower (you had to put it on the floor). There was no hairdryer (but there was a hairdryer holder). The shower screen is so small that half the bathroom gets wet, so I opted to barely move in the shower and not go back to shower after using the heated pool (I preferred to do it at home). For the continental breakfast that the email they sent us said, we had to pay an upgrade of $15,000 (without that, the breakfast is ordinary, basic). Before we left, they called someone to look for the keys we left and go check the room (of course, it's done everywhere, but not like that; it never happened to us). They let us stay a little longer since we had arrived late. It's not worth the price. It's a shame because the place is very nice.

Our trip was with family. We must congratulate the photographer and what they say they offer and do not offer. We chose the place because of the heated pool, which on the days we were staying, was almost room temperature. Impossible to use, since you have to go outside, they don't offer bathrobes, and with cool/cold weather it was impossible for us to stand the water for more than 5 minutes, it was so fresh. Answer? We already asked for a technician. The only thing the receptionists care about is charging you. Then if you have a problem or need something, they are not there for it. After reading all the comments, thank goodness we didn't use the restaurant! With the basic/simple and uncreative breakfast we had more than enough. And the worst of all is THERE IS NO WIFI in the rooms! 21st century! and with unfriendly prices! The spa leaves a lot to be desired, since we coincided with a group of cyclists, quite anxious about shouting and noise... I WOULD NOT RETURN
