Location is superb. The Ao Nang night market is 10 to 20 mins away, a nice walk past all the shops and the beachfront. Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are dated, but still good. Shower warms quickly, everything works well. The only thing I was unhappy with is the charging points, we struggled to figure out why most of the plugs weren't working, however, there is a main power control thing that you can use to switch points on, just ask a cleaner or reception for help if needed. Pool has a slide which is pretty cool. Breakfast is alright, eggs and bacon are always 10/10, 2 juices available every morning, other items are good enough. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, etc. Coffee and water available all day.

Just the worse manager in history. Moved room once due to ac making a horrible noise 2am, then moved to a worse room with a shared door and the people next door shouting and making loud noises. Asked for help from reception and the called the room next door only. So, now 3:15am, having no sleep, we moved to another hotel. The reception then callled their manager and passed the phone to us. This human was horrific, the worse manner, no apology, simply rude and dismissive. I booked through Agoda, and the next day called to complain. The hotel denied there was even a noise, implying that we just randomly decided to check out at 3:30am to go to another hotel for no reason. This place should be good, nice room A, nice pool, a nice reception, but it’s run down, old and clearly poorly managed by the lady we spoke with. The front desk staff were kind enough but powerless and also looked like they did not enjoy their work. So, plenty of other hotels, newer, cleaner, and better management
