Stayed March 2025. It's a new hotel (8 months old they told us). Room was excellent, comfortable, good aircon, excellent bathtub/shower although the room got very hot from the full length windows. Also the room has a chiller, not a fridge, which is disappointing given the hot weather. Staff are excellent and willing to help. Only issue we had was our linen was soiled and because it was after 11pm, housekeeping had left and night staff could not access the linen cupboards. This seems unacceptable for a hotel. Location is adequate - near the river, palace, supermarket, restaurants. More importantly, tuktuk on Grab is so cheap your location doesn't matter that much as you can get anywhere easily. Breakfast selection is reasonable including cereal, small bakery section and hot food that changes a bit each day. Pool is excellent and has lovely sunset views. Restaurant food is pretty good. Only issue was we booked a package including Khmer lunch and Western dinner, and the hotel didn't seem to know what this was. We booked directly on their website which gives the best prices and also package deals. The staff didn't seem to know we had a package (both email and on arrival) until we told them. A few small issues but overall an excellent stay and would be happy to again.
The property provides great privacy, respect, and services necessary for the best stay we have had abroad. Location was absolutely perfect and in walking distance to everything. Can’t recommend this hotel more. 5 star deserved. Jodie and Graeme
A wonderful hotel with great furnishings, spacious rooms, pleasant staff, and a very beneficial location (although it’s a little south of city centre). Not a big reception area, so have to be careful when you check in or out. The staff is very attentive and works efficiently to help you in a timely manner. Good listening skills as well which is so important and lacking in many hotels in SE Asia. The bathrooms are fantastic, big bathtubs and pleasant layout. Beds are high quality and very comfortable. The reason they don’t receive a perfect score is the food. The food doesn’t match the quality of the hotel. The food is colorful and looks nice, but the quality is one level below what it should be. Pumpkin soup is nice, but in a small bowl for $5. Breakfast is sub par as well. Rice is overcooked and other foods lack freshness. Too bad. Avoid the food and you get 10/10 for everything else.
