Chalet Belmont Hotel

Wonderful time and stay, with true five star hospitality from start to end. It starts with the arrival: every guest is accompanied to his/her room, shown around the hotel. The room is beautifully set up, water next to bed (still and sparkling), with all bath amenities. The entire hotel area is beautifully maintained and setup, with excellent Mountain Views. Dinner in the hotel is very good and the drinks in the bar were well mixed at a reasonable price. But above all, the hospitality is just what I would love to see at any hotel of this category: true customer service mindset, friendly, but at the same time not too distant. Please stay as great as you are - I stay in many hotels of this category, this stay was truly exceptional.

Lovely hotel, I highly recommend if you are considering staying in the area. The service is great, the facilities are clean and the food is some of the best I’ve had. We were only planning on staying one night and changed our itinerary to stay for a second. They have a number of saunas and steam rooms. They have a separate area for woman if you would like as those are all clothing not permitted. They also have an outdoor and indoor pool, where people are wearing bathing suits.

Very nice hotel. Great staff! Friendly and very accommodating! We should have reserved a table for dinner the day before the check-in, as we didn't know that there was no more space. We didn't find that disappointing. The staff took great care to reserve a table for us in another restaurant and didn't charge us for the evening. So this evening turned out to be a good one! The food and the spa area are highly recommended.
