Chalupa U smrku

The house is well prepared for 12 young skiing passionates. In all rooms you can find practically beds only. It is compensated by well prepared living room, where is enough sitting places etc. Good value/ quality ratio.

Well positioned, nice and recently constructed chalet in historical style. They have a trampoline. Sauna doesn't function. The tin opener was broken and water was leaking feom upper stairs shower to the lower batroom light bulb. The railing to go under the roof is partly broken. The water drain outside the terrace was obstructed so we needed to clean it since the water was splashing everywhere otherwise. So yeah the chalet needs beter maintenance for sure but we still enjoyed our stay there. Hikes form the chalet on the bothsides of the valley are very beautiful (Rýsory or Modré Kameny).

The cottage is beautiful, amazing, which unfortunately can't be said about the rest.. Unfortunately, it hasn't seen a lawnmower outside since spring and there's not much to talk about about a fence.. The owner is building other houses right next door, so you feel a bit like you're on a construction site 😬 But it's probably only a matter of time before he finishes everything there..
