Good in over all, but the bathroom taps are not working properly because they are old, and the breakfast is much much bad, a holel of 2 stars can offer a better breakfast. The service is very good, also place and atmosphere are good also.
A disaster! Got to our rooms and aircon wasn’t working. Maintenance came and got it sorted. Left to tour and came back to a hotel without power. Reception, when someone decided to be on station, didn’t mention anything about the power outage, not a word. We also really didn’t understand the food being served. We had lots of vegetables dishes like tomato stews and carrots served on their own. Pizza shop across the street was awesome though.
This 4 star hotel does not provide proper air conditioning, no kettle, no complimentary drinking water, coffee or tea sachets, blockrd sinks, unhygienic washrooms. They blindly deny the faults especially about the air conditioning and say they can’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend their services. Food too is average and often ends before all the people get to it.
