⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Sonder on 15 West 56th Street was an absolute pleasure! The location is unbeatable—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The room was modern, spotless, and had such a cozy, stylish vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the comfortable bed to the little details that made the stay feel elevated. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the staff was responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend Sonder for anyone looking for a clean, chic, and comfortable place to stay in NYC. I’ll definitely be booking again!
I stayed at this hotel during my last trip with my mom to New york in February. The location, the staff, and even the condition of the room itself was truly amazing. The hotel is close to the subway, and even walking distances to the most of the major stuff. We had stayed here for two weeks, and every time we met Keith, he was just such a kind person and trying to help us with the biggest smile! Thank you, Keith! If I'm visiting NYC again with my family, I definitely will again go with this one for sure.
Absolutely terrible experience: beware of their cancellation policy! We prepaid 100% of our stay through the American Express travel service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. Not only did the hotel keep the entire amount we paid in advance, but they also charged an additional 70% on top, so we ended up paying almost double the price without ever staying there. American Express contacted the hotel on our behalf, but the hotel didn’t respond at all. This is unacceptable customer service and feels like an outright rip-off. We will never book here again.
