⸻ I had an amazing experience at Chaminade in Santa Cruz. The property is absolutely stunning, perched on the hillside with incredible views of the ocean and surrounding redwoods. It feels like the perfect blend of a peaceful retreat and a luxury getaway. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The amenities were fantastic — the pool and hot tub had gorgeous views, and the hiking trails around the property were a great way to start the day. Dining at the resort was another highlight. The restaurant has a beautiful setting and the food was fresh, flavorful, and locally inspired. I especially loved being able to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset over the Monterey Bay. Overall, Chaminade is a wonderful escape in Santa Cruz. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore nature, or just treat yourself, it’s a place I’d highly recommend and look forward to returning to.

Every single employee was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. As tourists, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We traveled as a family with children and had a wonderful time together. The garden area and the natural setting were simply stunning. I also had the chance to join the silent retreat session, which was a deeply relaxing and meaningful experience. The woman who led the session was so sweet and professional. A heartfelt thank you to Chaminade Resort for everything. We would absolutely love to come back again!
