Chanalai Flora Resort Kata Beach

Stayed her for three nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly and work really hard. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Very close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

A really good place to stay. Very friendly staff from the reception you get a warm welcome and the people are very helpful. We had one of the host ‘sky’ that was very friendly and guided us around where to go every day in Phuket. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. All the facilities provided was well maintained. I had my flight moved and the staff were very helpful to access me to stay at the resort a little while longer. Much love to the people at this place.

We had the most amazing experience at Chanalai Flora Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special, particularly the welcome drinks and ice cream!! A special thank you to Nan and Dun, who helped us with our bags — they were both so professional, kind, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel right at home. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel went the extra mile by beautifully decorating our bed with a special “Happy Anniversary” message — such a thoughtful and memorable touch! Everything from the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Chanalai Flora Resort to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!
