Chanalai Hillside Resort Karon Beach

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was exceptional, every request or concern was handled professionally and with care. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The special dinners were delicious, adding a unique touch to our experience. I highly recommend them. It is clean, great location and we also enjoyed our time at the pool, sipping on a refreshing Tequila Sunrise while my partner enjoyed a cold beer. The bed was initially a bit firm for our liking, but the hotel has the option to change the mattress, which was a great touch. We had a great time in this hotel, We truly had the best time, and we can't say enough about how amazing the staff was, even asking if we would like to listen any specific song. Thank you for amazing for the amazing stay!

Amazing Stay at Chanalai Hillside Resort! We recently stayed at Chanalai Hillside Resort for a week, and we absolutely loved it 😊. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the staff greeted us with Thai tea and ice cream, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pools are spacious and well-kept, with some shaded areas throughout the day. The rooftop pool offers a great view of the sunset. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean, making our stay extra comfortable. However, housekeeping came quite late in the day (around 6 PM), which was a bit inconvenient as we had to wait outside a couple of times. Additionally, the connecting door to the neighboring room meant we could occasionally hear their TV, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay. (Please If you’re staying here, we highly recommend checking out Friendly Restaurant just in front of the hotel, the food was absolutely delicious) Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The best thing about the hotel was the rooms. Big, clean and comfy. Unfortunately everything else was pretty poor. We had booked for 3 nights and checked out after 1. Noise blaring around the pool and hotel pretty run down in desperate need of some maintenance. Did not like the fact you can see everyone from each balcony. Worst hotel I've experienced so far in Thailand hence the early check out. Would rate as a 2 star at the most simply for the lovely staff. Hotel would be good if you are 18 on your first holiday but not if you are searching for some peace and luxury
