The resort was wonderful! The service was awesome. All the staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. The pool is beautiful and has a great water view. Our room had a private little pool outside that was great for enjoying at night when the big pool was closed. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.
Great service This is my first time and first day stay here, I don't normally write reviews, but they do really deserve a compliment, the staff who worked at breakfast place, Kook, Kong, Aey, are very friendly and speak good English. Would also recommend the the Orange car Phuket from Orange car phuket . Everything is fast and great cars. luckily I booked 4 nights staying here, and next time I'm gonna even stay longer, definitely a must staying hotel lists in Puhket.
Literally a piece of rubbish, the place is isolated from all of Phuket. It is literally in the middle of no where and food in the restaurant is not very good with ants crawling on most of the tables. The rooms are alright and the resort is stuck in time (80's) with very minimal maintenance done. We had to hire a scooter and go around everywhere, taxis are way too expensive. Despite being called a 5 * resort they charge for petty stuff and inflate the bills higher. Not worth it.
