Had an amazing stay at Chandragiri Hills Resort! The food was delicious with plenty of choices, and every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. The staff here are just wonderful — so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The amenities are excellent; from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful surroundings. Hot water jacuzzi was plus since it was cold. Swimming pool was very clean. There is also provision for tabletennis, gym, badmiton if you are fitness freak. Spa, sauna, massage are added facilities which I did not use though. So I can't give feedback on the same. The resort had frequent shuttle service to & fro commute between cable car station and resort. We were unlucky as there was no view due to rainy and foggy weather. Perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy great service. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Chandragiri Hills this weekend and had a lovely, peaceful time. The place is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the dinner was delicious. The restaurant was nice, though we really wished there was a proper outdoor seating area to enjoy the view. The pool was great and the surrounding area is pleasant to walk around. Make sure to request a room with a good view, as ours didn’t have much to look at. The only major letdown was the breakfast. The breads and bakery items weren’t fresh, the juice didn’t taste right, and the dosa was quite bad. They really need to work on improving the breakfast spread. We also had a small issue with housekeeping walking in while we were inside the room twice. It would be helpful if they provided a “do not disturb” card. Overall, a nice and quiet weekend with a few areas that could use improvement.

Not worth the money... My husband and I visited in August, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. To begin with, the staff responsible for the cable car was nowhere to be found. We had to ask 4–5 times, and only after 30 minutes did someone finally show up. When we arrived at the top, the hotel shuttle, which was supposed to come every 5 minutes, took 43 minutes to arrive. Despite repeatedly asking, we were constantly told, “Just 2 minutes,” which obviously wasn’t the case. Once we reached the hotel, the room had a bad smell and was located right next to the exit door, making it very noisy and disturbing at night. While the view of the Annapurna Range and Mt. Everest is absolutely breathtaking and worth seeing, the experience was let down by poor service from the ground staff. The food was decent but limited to a buffet only, with not many options for à la carte dining. On a positive note, the resort reception staff were polite and helpful. Overall, the location is amazing, but the service needs serious improvement for the price they charge.
