Change Overnight

We recently stayed at Change Overnight and loved it! By staying here in this accommodation, each stay contributes to causes like Be Her Freedom and Tasmanian Land Conservancy and others. Very spacious, self‑contained apartments – the apartment we stayed had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony and cozy living areas – perfect for couples and families. Easy to find. Located on York St. Underground secure parking is optional and is $15/night; booking advised as spaces are limited. We chose this service and no complaints. No staffed reception or daily room service—Completely contactless with full support. Staff are helpful and accommodating via email, etc. If you're seeking a modern, socially responsible stay with real character, Change Overnight delivers beautifully. Contemporary apartments feel like a mini‑home, complete with all amenities. The ethos—supporting meaningful causes—adds a purpose - driven layer to the experience. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend for couples, small families, and independent who appreciate style, convenience, flexibility, and a conscious mission-packed stay.

Great offering on edge of Launceston CBD. Very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommended. It is a good idea to mention the murals and black paint as come people may not like it. Also complete self check-in made it convenient. (No reception was needed). Easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

We stayed at Hotel Change Overnight recently for 2 nights and overall had a good experience. The accommodation was clean, stylish, and felt very modern — exactly what we were looking for. There was a small hiccup with the hot water tank not working when we arrived, but to their credit, the issue was resolved the next day without much hassle. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the hotel could provide some kid-friendly plates and cups for families traveling with young children. It’s a small addition that would make a big difference. Would definitely stay again!
