Very nice hotel.
I love this place. It's my favorite hotel so far in Changsha. I've stayed at the Kempinski over 30 nights within the past year. The rooms are very comfortable; they feel luxurious and inviting after long work days. One negative: in-room HVAC controls never seem to do anything. So, if it gets hot, I crack a window. Breakfast buffet is good. The attached German restaurant is also good. Locale is great: near shopping and eats. Getting a taxi or DiDi is easy. Also a Starbucks nearby for a little taste of home!
