Chapelle et Parc

Location is great. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have parking lot and it will cost you 30 euro per night. There is 2 tower, one tower with 4 digits room number located on the lobby tower. And 3 digits room number will go to next tower. Wifi very slow, almost no signal when we in the room. Strong signal is on the lobby.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Basilica and our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are what makes it shine! The front desk team particularly Anthony and Abbey were proactive and helpful. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was exceptional (the best we had in Lourdes) and the service staff in the restaurant fantastic. I want the breakfast chef’s madeleine recipe! We had a lovely stay here and would come again.

I came to this hotel with my baby and they had a baby bed but without mattress !! Imagine how you’d feel if you arrive tired at a hotel in the evening and you are supposed to let your baby sleep in a bed with no mattress. Hence I had a sleepless first night because my baby had to sleep in the adult bed and I was forced to stay awake to make sure she wouldn’t fall from it (let’s remember the risk of sudden death for babies They offered no solution and just didn’t care. I has no other solution but to go to the store and buy a mattress out of my own pocket for the following nights. Notwithstanding this inconvenience, no commercial gesture was made. Besides the hotel is by far not a 4 stars hotel ans the hotel employees are unwilling to help. This place is just another commercial trap exploiting people’s faith for their own profit. Any mom should stay away from this place.
