Such a fabulous place to stay when in Franschhoek. We had a room with a private pool and loved it. The staff are really attentive, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is great too! The hotel is in walking distance to the town where you’ll find great shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend!
We are a couple in our 30s. We loved the hotel and the central location in Franschhoek. The hotel is a walkable distance from restaurants, shops and the wine tram. The pool area is lovely and is bigger than the photos show. Complementary tea and coffee and cake of the day was a nice touch. The staff were excellent, and very accommodating, even putting together a breakfast box for our early morning check out.
We had a great experience and 2 night stay at the Chapter House. The staff were all very friendly and were happy to answer any questions or requests we had. The room was stunning and we were fortunate enough to have our own balcony which we watched the sun set both nights. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in the Franschhoek area.
