Charles Bridge Palace Hotel

This hotel is in an amazing location in Prague and we had a wonderful stay here. Its much fancier than the hotels I normally stay at but it doesn’t have the price of a super fancy hotel. My only complaint is the wifi only worked in our bathroom, the rest of our room had no signal.

Better late than never! We stayed at Charles Bridge Palace Hotel last March to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Prague—central yet quiet, (as a light sleeper i slept well during our stay) with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. My two friends, one child, and I stayed in the Maisonette Suite, which was spacious and comfortable, featuring two rooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a cozy living room. The antique furniture gave the room a charming, timeless vibe that I absolutely loved. The staff at Charles Bridge Palace were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful when we planned a surprise birthday celebration for my friend. Their professionalism and prompt communication made everything run smoothly, and the service was outstanding. Shout out to Veronika! The breakfast offered was delicious, and the view from our room was simply perfect. The price was also reasonable for such a wonderful experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—I highly recommend it if you're with your friends or family/kids.

This Hotel is conveniently located in a small courtyard a 2 minute walk from the King Charles Bridge. I agree with other posters that by International standards this is only a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is nearby to the bustling streets full of tourists which is convenient for shopping, bars, restaurant’s, souvenirs etc. On arrival we were checked in by a very sweet, charming and helpful young blonde lady. From there we took a small elevator to the 4th floor loft room that we had been allocated. Complete with a mini bar fridge, TV, sofa, tea and coffee making facilities and a Nespresso type pod coffee machine where you are charged 20 Krona to buy each pod! 2 of the 3 electrical outlets in our bedroom did not work and the handle on the shower kept falling off. Our room was a little noisy with traffic all the time too. The Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good. The pictures on the ceiling were fun to view! Would we stay again? Most certainly.
