Very nice boutique hotel with clean rooms and daily maid service. Extremely well located in Le Marais, close to all the shopping and very accessible on the metro line. Front desk very helpful, especially when organizing transport to the airport.

Traveled with my husband, we enjoyed our quick 1 night stay. Enjoyed near by/walkable restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and many retail shops. We parked our car at their suggested parking garage and it was an easy process and walk to and from the hotel. Beds were very comfortable.

As a solo female, my top priority is safety. The hotel was in a good location, it showed some wear, paint chipping, dust, shower door water stopper thingy was a little grimy. So, I would say for the money I would expect a more tidy room. The door only has one lock that uses a key and no extra bolts. So I was a little weary and put the stool behind the door. On my second day of the trip I lost my wallet, possibly pickpocket and had no money or credit cards. The hotel didn’t offer any suggestions or help, I guess I didn’t expect anything. Suffice to say I was really very nervous at this point. The last morning while I was still in bed, I heard a door lock opening and at first I thought it was the neighbors but only to then see my door opening. I saw a man and I said “hello” and he responded excuse me and closed the door and locked it. I didn’t know what to think of it, was it housekeeping? Looking back I should have called the front desk but at that point i just wanted to get ready and get out of there. When I brought it up at checkout the staff responded by saying that’s impossible because there is only one key. I told them it was a man and they totally dismissed me at that point saying there is no male housekeepers. Well it happened and I saw him with my own eyes and for them to dismiss me felt incredibly upsetting and humiliating. Not only was I violated but they made me out to be crazy or making stuff up. I brought it up so they can look into it and make sure it was just an accident and not a criminal. But they refused to believe me and that something like that could happen. I just wanted to let people know and maybe think twice about staying here especially if you’re a single female.
