Our stay was better than expected. The place was spotless and had everything we could need as a family of 4. The bedrooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. Parking was a little nerve wracking for us at first as the advertised clearance (7’4”) was 8” less than the actual garage height (6’8”) and my truck barely cleared. Aside from that lone issue the property was conveniently located, clean and spacious. Communication from management was excellent and thorough. We would highly recommend.

Had an enjoyable stay at Kasa Dilworth. The apartment was great. Very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out process was awesome!!! The communication with the Kasa host was all virtual but clear, concise and timely. Excellent experience with Kasa Host - will look for Kasa properties on my next adventure. I have 1 suggestion for this particular apartment - needs TV in bedroom.

The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was amazing, close to every thing. The pool was amazing. My only complaint is, the bedroom didn’t have a TV, which I love to watch tv until i knock out and that they charge for parking. Parking should be included since they know it’s hard to find parking in the area. The bed was comfortable which was a major plus for me. Also loved that the unit came with a washer & dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
