Charm Beach Hotel

A lovely beach resort hotel on the Aegean coast. Friendly staff, a great all inclusive trip. We also took advantage of the spa treatments and the hamam. It’s an extra cost but worth it!

The hotel looked great at first glance, and the private beach, just a few yards away, was definitely a highlight. However, I wouldn’t say it truly deserves a 4-star rating. While the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms could have used more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The food was okay, but it got repetitive after a few days, with the same dishes being served daily. After three days, we decided to eat out since there weren’t many vegetarian options available, which was a bit challenging for some people in our group. Overall, it was a pleasant holiday, especially considering the price and the facilities offered.

Very bad service and at all very bad hotel. The place is very nice, but the rest.... mega bad.... nobody is cleaning the rooms, we have to look for someone from the cleaning staff to give us toilet paper and water every day as they always forget to leave in the room. They also don't charge the towels....The food is not enough and not a lot of variety, every day the same food,in the evening you have to fight for food, everything is finishing very fast! drinks are very bad and finish very fast as well. The staff don't understand and speak English, only the reception staff is speaking English and that's it. I will not recommend to nobody to go there. We will also not come again for sure!
