I want to sincerely thank your hotel for the warm hospitality. Everything was really great. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English, which made communication very easy. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was fresh, tasty, and a perfect way to start the day. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and made my stay even more pleasant. I’m especially grateful to the ladies at the reception for their kindness and for letting me leave my luggage for the day after check-out. And finally, thank you to this beautiful city for its charm and atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back.

its been 2 days since i have been back from Hungary & i miss it already! I stayed at the Charm hotel for 5 lovely days and it really lives up to its name, very charming hotel with lovely staff, clean rooms including bathroom and i am glad its in a central location to damn near everything a person needs. If ever i go back to Hungary and i pray i do i am staying here again!
