Beautiful half-timbered house in the middle of a rural idyll with a lot of charm. Here you immediately feel at home as soon as you enter, the host spoils your stay with lots of extras, there is water, fresh fruit and red wine. There is enough wood available for the fireplace. All floors are individually and beautifully furnished. The rooms were perfectly designed with great attention to detail. We will definitely come back again.

An incredibly cute vacation home. Since I'm not very tall, the low ceilings weren't a problem for me. The owners lovingly furnished the apartment and really thought of everything. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable.

Charming half-timbered dream My wife and I felt very comfortable here in Stromberg. We spent our 30th wedding anniversary in the holiday home “Charming Half-timbered Dream on the City Wall”, which is located in the historic town center below the Stromburg. This lovingly restored half-timbered house has it all. The rooms are spread over 4 floors. The top room offers pure seclusion for reading and relaxing. The floor below has a wonderful bedroom to relax in with a cozy bathroom. On another floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. From various spices to vinegar and oil, as well as fresh coffee beans for the fully automatic coffee machine. Tea drinkers will also get their money's worth, as we counted around 14 different types of tea that you can enjoy. In addition to a heater, another special feature is the wood stove, which you can light on cold days to keep yourself comfortably warm. All rooms are in half-timbered style and are excellently furnished with a lot of love. In addition, everything is very tidy, comfortable and extremely clean. You can also hear the gentle babbling of the stream that flows idyllically next to the house. Here you also have the opportunity to sunbathe on a terrace behind the house or just relax in the fresh air or have a barbecue. If you wanted, you could have a good chat with the hosts who lived in the house opposite and get lots of good tips about hiking and the surrounding area. A very big thank you to the Schneider family.
