Located right next to great shopping and dining, with a staff that does everything they can to make your stay comfortable. I was warned that they may not speak English, but the front desk staff were multilingual and couldn't have been nicer.
Located in the centre of Santa Cruz do Sul. Friendly staff despite the language challenges for non Portuguese speakers like me. Room was clean and tidy. The greatest strength is it's location.
It was a nice experience, but they could do better by keeping their ACs maintained and add few more breakfast options other than just desserts.
