Chateau Beauvallon

The room was nice but the outdoor pool was bright green and absolutely filled with dirt. The indoor pool is like an ice bath , it is also about 3 feet deep and can fit maybe 4-5 people at a time if you can even stand to get in the freezing cold water. The only thing we enjoyed about this place was the bartender he was very personable and made the experience more memorable.

So let’s start with the positive. The pool area is very nice and the rooms are very big. That is all the rooms carpet are very dirty. The room power outlets were not working couldn’t find a junction box to reset the breakers. We booked three nights in August 2025. There was absolutely no room cleaning service the entire time. No clean towels. I had to go the front desk get towels myself. Now to the pool the pool is cold. The hot tub is cold. They say it’s broken and they’re gonna fix it, but they don’t fix it. Probably won’t come here again.

We had reserved a 3 bedroom suite and they had a 2 bedroom on their reservation. They were very accommodating and were able to change it for us but it was still annoying to move our stuff. We stayed 3 nights and no room service the entire time. Rooms are also very dark , lighting is not great. Only two outlets were working in the whole apartment. The pool area is very nice but we were not able to use it because it was not heated. Every day they kept saying they fixed the heater and would be warmer the next day but it didn’t happen.
