Chateau By The Sea

This is a wonderful hotel resort! The place is spectacular in every way! The ocean front property has the perfect view, a private beach, and plenty of water sports fun! The pool and grounds were maintained well and beautiful! The restaurant was amazing! Some of the very best food in the Philippines! All the staff were amazing as well! Very friendly and welcomimg! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean! I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is good for private celebrations like weddings, birthday parties, and events with a view of the sea. However, they don't have lights by the beach so it is not visible at night, but you can feel the sea breeze by the patio or veranda.

This hotel is definitely not the 4-star experience it claims to be. In reality, it's closer to a 2-star property and they need to be more transparent about that. My biggest issue was the condition of the room and the pool. Both desperately need renovations. The room felt outdated and worn, and the pool, well, it's certainly not the infinity pool they advertise. It's an older pool that's showing its age. While the facilities themselves were disappointing, I have to give credit where it's due: the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and really tried to make the best of the situation. If the hotel invests in some much-needed updates, particularly to the rooms and pool area, it could have real potential.
