Joying experience. The accommodation is very comfortable. The style of the rooms that brings us back to later years is also nice. We had breakfast there, there are many possibilities and very tasty, I highly recommend breakfast. There were no fresh vegetables in the meal but there are many other options to eat. The reception and those responsible for the dining room are smiling and welcomed us nicely.

Nice 20mins drive distance from Strasbourg. The staff and food at breakfast all are good & perfect. Love the vintage look of the chateau, classy and beautiful. The bedding and room are also very clean yet the hotel facilities are quite outdated that you can see the door locks have oxidation rusts, would recommend a renew and it will become a perfect château.

The outside of the hotel looks incredible, but do not be deceived. The rooms are very old and run down, they are in desperate need of refurbishing. When you turn the lights on in the bedroom and bathroom, they are constantly making an electric buzzing sound which is extremely annoying. The ‘Spa’ is nothing more than an extremely small sauna, enough to just about accommodate 3 people and a steam room which is far too hot to go inside. The wellness area consists of a pool that is too cold and too small and a ‘hot tub’ which isn’t even warm at all, it is also cold. Also the water is absolutely full of chlorine and you will stink of chlorine for the rest of the day, even if you wash off. The restaurant was apparently fully booked when we first arrived, which is quite embarrassing as a hotel should be able to accommodate all their customers. Luckily they managed to squeeze us in, but the food was awful. I ordered a steak there and it was the worst steak I have ever had in my entire life. On the second day we were there, they told us that the restaurant is closed, which is fine because we would have not again, but you should be providing a service for your customers that was promised. The only good things about this hotel is that the bathroom was nice and the location was nice. Overall this hotel is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, I would rate it more 3 star hotel.
