“Consistently outstanding a true London gem” I’ve stayed at Chateau Denmark several times now, and every visit just gets better. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re stepping into a completely different world, part rock ‘n’ roll fantasy, part luxury retreat. Every room I’ve stayed in has had its own unique style and atmosphere, with bold interiors, incredible attention to detail, and high-spec finishes that truly stand out. The service is always next level, the butlers go above and beyond, whether it’s mixing cocktails, sorting your dinner plans, or sharing hidden gems in Soho. The location on Denmark Street is unbeatable, especially if you appreciate music history, it’s like staying right in the heart of rock culture. Whether it’s been a last-minute city break or a planned celebration, Chateau Denmark has never let me down. It’s immersive, unapologetically different, and one of the few places in London that genuinely lives up to the hype. I can’t wait for the next stay.

The most amazing place ever! My partner and I stayed here January 24, and had a magical time, skip to April 25 and we returned for my birthday, which was when we got engaged!!!! The staff here are just perfect! Complimentary drinks when they found out it was my birthday, and more when they found out we just got engaged in our room! The hotel bar is also amazing, as are the staff in there too. Every member of staff is so friendly, and they all couldn’t do enough for you! Room 117 will always have a space in our hearts, and this hotel will be a guaranteed return venue for us for the rest of our lives!

From the outset, the experience was challenging. The hotel was difficult to locate due to a lack of signage, and while the prices suggested a premium offering, the reality did not reflect this. For instance, being charged £3.75 for a bottle of water and £45 for a single glass bottle of what was evidently low-quality champagne seemed excessive—even more so when basic amenities like water were not complimentary. More concerning, however, was the behaviour of a male staff member who entered our room without knocking while my wife was inside. This was deeply inappropriate and unsettling, and I reported the incident immediately. I believe such conduct warrants serious attention. In addition, the room was cramped, with a disappointing view and a shared balcony lacking any form of divider, compromising our privacy. The glass on the balcony was also visibly dirty, further detracting from the experience. I have attached photographs which accurately reflect the issues described. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the hotel to others and would advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodation.
