Chateau d'Esclimont

A wonderful place for a bride & groom to not only have an unforgettable experience but close enough to Paris to have an adventure. My bride & groom from Japan loved this place and to this day I will always think how wonderful everything (except the rain of course) was. The staff is fantastic and the bonus (for me as a photographer anyway) how accomodating they were to my every requests . Something that is not usual in the industry nowadays. Fantastic in every way. Highly recommend

We loved planning a destination wedding here for our international couple! Not only did the entire family stay on the property we also had a hot air balloon on site! That was only just the start with this wedding weekend. The bride spend an early morning doing yoga and zumba before dipping into the pool. The food was hand picked and perfect! A beautiful setting within the park and the beautiful exterior of the building, but in great need of renovation in the rooms to merit the steep prices. The biggest disappointment though was the service; although a couple of the younger waiters were very welcoming and kind, the majority of the staff was overstretched and too busy to give a smile - or to serve correctly. We found this to be quite a culture shock, and a rather rude awakening to the alleged clichés of French service that we had heard before our trip. A disappointment as the castle has a beautiful setting and could be so wonderful.
