K-Beat and the reception team has been amazing from our arrival. Everything was done with initiative, and effort. This is the level of service that every hotel should carry. The rooms, pool and the outlook of the hotel is beyond perfection. Would 10/10 come back for sure!

A Lovely Touch of France in the Heart of Patong, Phuket I planned a trip with my partner and came across the newly opened Chateau Du Village, a beautiful hotel that instantly caught our attention. We decided to stay for the entire week, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Prem handled our check-in and personally showed us to our room. That’s a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel offers breakfast and has two swimming pools: one on the 1st floor and another on the rooftop, both perfect for a refreshing dip at different times of the day. One of the most convenient features is the complimentary shuttle service to the beach, Bangla Street, Patong bus stop, and Jungceylon Mall. This is a well-considered service that made getting around easy and stress-free. We stayed in a Deluxe Room thanks to the courtesy of Thangmo, which was absolutely lovely. I would strongly recommend this room category or above because the value for what you get is excellent. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a large bathtub, generous bed, and charming touches like a vintage-style telephone shower handle. The balcony let in plenty of natural daylight, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The in-room amenities were outstanding, from comfortable slippers to additional rubber slippers in multiple sizes, a pool towel set with mesh bag, kitchenware and a microwave. Everything felt thoughtfully curated for guest comfort. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, they even left extra water bottles when they noticed we liked to stay hydrated. Thai hospitality is always a highlight, but the team at Chateau Du Village brought it to another level with warm, genuine, and incredibly considerate. As a hotelier myself, I truly appreciated the care and detail that went into making our stay so enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the team, especially Thangmo and Prem, for making our trip so memorable. We'll definitely be back.

There’s so much to say — and all of it good. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its French-inspired, castle-like architecture that takes your breath away the moment you arrive. Our room was equally beautiful, with a bed so comfortable it was hard to get out of each morning. The location is great too — conveniently close to a self-laundry and just a short walk to a nearby shopping mall. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible team. From the moment we checked in, the front office staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Nadia, Bonnie, Jeab, Mint, Tangmo, Prem, Abdol, and Fuse — you made us feel right at home. It was my birthday a day before our stay, and my wife planned with the front office team to surprise me with a beautifully decorated bed and birthday message. Thank you so much to the housekeeping crew and front office team — such a thoughtful gesture. ขอบคุณครับ (Thank you!) Breakfast was another highlight — delicious à la carte selections with a generous spread. The restaurant team, both in the morning and afternoon shifts, were simply outstanding. We became friends by the end of our stay! Special thanks to Nui, Panda, Cody, Gao, Bow, and Jane in the morning; and to Preaw, Ton, Mee, and Shea in the afternoon. Nui and Panda even helped arrange a packed breakfast on our checkout day and sent us off with such kindness and care.❤️ And a big thank you to Team, the F&B Manager — you and your team (no pun intended - hahaha) truly delivered exceptional hospitality that touched us deeply. My daughter even said she wants to return next month! My family and I are already missing all of you, the hotel, and Phuket. Thank you for making our holiday so meaningful and memorable.
