My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning beauty of the property. The service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the views were simply breathtaking – a true feast for the eyes. A special mention must go to Issam. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. His warm and helpful demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and delicious food creates an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!"
I have been to hotel "Eden El Rouh", and I had the best experience ever. It's located in a great position when you can see from its restaurant the whole city. Also, when i was in my room i was lucky to see the best view over the pool and the sea at once. But the most important thing that I had a therapy session with the coach Mr. Mounir, i didn't see as much as a good talking and comforting person as him. He was patient, kind and professional at the same time. I would absolutely come back again.
We came to this so-called “4-star hotel” just for a coffee, and it turned out to be one of the worst hospitality experiences we've had in Morocco. Let’s be clear: this place is completely overrated. It survives on Instagram hype, not service quality. Most people show up just to take pictures — not to enjoy the space — which kills any atmosphere of comfort or relaxation. You feel like you're walking into a photo studio, not a hotel café. From the start, staff ignored us. No one welcomed us or offered help to find a seat. After standing there for several minutes, someone finally came over, but with zero professionalism or warmth. We waited 20 minutes to get a simple coffee, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Then came the most shocking part: when I asked for the bill and said I wanted to pay by card, they told me there was a “network issue”. That was clearly a lie. I checked the card terminal myself it was in TAMPER mode, meaning it had a hardware fault and wasn't even usable. How can a 4-star hotel not have a working payment terminal? Instead of resolving the problem, a waiter told me to go withdraw cash from an ATM and said another staff member would follow me as if I was going to run away without paying. This was an insulting and humiliating moment for both me and my wife. After refusing to leave, another card terminal suddenly appeared at the reception desk, and I was finally able to pay. It’s clear they try to force guests to pay in cash, likely to avoid taxes or credit card fees. This kind of behavior is shady and unacceptable in any business, especially one claiming to be a 4-star hotel. 🛑 Summary: A complete scam disguised as luxury. This place is a marketing illusion, not a professional hotel. Prices are absurdly high for what they offer, service is terrible, staff are untrained and disrespectful, and the environment is ruined by people filming themselves constantly. For a small town like El Oualidia, this is pure exploitation of tourists. Avoid it. There are much better places in Morocco where your time, money, and dignity will be respected.
