very luxurious and well-furnished hotel with perfect service and food, the hotel was full and yet it was quiet everywhere... Breakfast was perfect, I appreciate that it is not a buffet but the service is top-notch. Dinner, both menu and a la carte, without fault. staff go out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. We will be back again....

This review is purely about the most incredible young lady named Anežka Fikarova! Well what can I say ....I think we can learn so much from this dynamic, amazing young woman I had the pleasure of meeting at the reception. Greeted with the most beautiful smile and warm welcome. I was stunned to learn how young she was, when I had a bit of an unpleasant encounter at the spa, where I was met by an extremely unpleasant and rude lady when I enquired about the availability of the jacuzzi! She cast a terrible shadow on this beautiful place and left me in tears to say the least. Anežka did everything humanly possible to empathise with me, comfort me and offer all that she could within the limits of her role. I have no words for this level of human interaction and customer service from a girl just short of graduating high school. Anežka is an example to all professionals within the hospitality realm or customer service roles. She made up for my bad experience by her kindness! I still think Chateau Heralec is worth a visit, as despite the beauty of the facilities and the sprawling garden, at the end of the day it's the experience we have and Anežka made all the difference for me! Any establishment would be so fortunate to have her on their team!!!!

We had the best stay at Chateau Heralec - the staff is super friendly and nice, special thanks to Pavel who is next level attentive and helpful! Must try’s in their restaurant are pepper soup and deer loin. Looking forward to seeing you again!
