Chateau Lacombe Hotel

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. Starting with the front desk staff, they greeted you with smiles on their face and with a great attitude. Whenever I needed help or had inquiries, they were very helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing too. They have a breakfast, bistro and dinner restaurants inside of the hotel. Everyone was so attentive and have amazing service. I travel to Edmonton at least a couple times a year and I know where I will be staying.

Lovely hotel. I arrived at night so at first the lift, lobby and my room felt a little dated. But by morning they offered me a newly renovated room with a street view but I declined because even though my room was dated, the view of the river was therapeutic and I had fallen in love with it. I’ll recommend this 100% for those who love a beautiful scenery and wouldn’t mind a room that dosen’t look so modern

My friends and I stayed the night and it was amazing. The hotel was pretty and clean and we felt almost fancy staying there. That might sound silly but it’s true. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. The only issue I had was that we had a number of issues with the tv as well as the toilet making a noise. We chose not to complain because it was so late and not that big of a deal. However, the tv did not want to function properly. It was glitching and appeared to have been losing service. Then during the morning it the toilet began making a hissing noise . It was for a few hours while we were getting ready before checkout. We told the front desk who apologized and thanked us for telling her. all in all, it was a nice stay! i would likely stay again.
