We had a wonderful time at this place and were very happy with our stay! A big thank you to the whole team - it’s clear that they put their heart into what they do. We sincerely wish you success and hope more and more people will discover and visit this beautiful place! We especially want to highlight our guide Silvia - she’s absolutely top-notch! Her English is excellent, and she told us the story of the winery in a very engaging way. The wine tour she led was one of the highlights of our visit. Thank you for the lovely experience! There are just a few small things that we believe could make this place even better: - It would be great to have a viewing platform or open terrace instead of the fence at the bottom - it blocks the beautiful view, and currently, guests have to stand on the fence to see it. - The sauna felt a bit uninviting: the dark room with a pool table created an odd atmosphere. As a couple, we didn’t feel like relaxing there. - We missed the option to have breakfast delivered to the room or to a private terrace, this would add a luxurious touch - We joined the placinta-making workshop, but didn’t actually prepare the dough or fry the pastries ourselves. The staff was kind and tried hard, but we expected a more hands-on experience. That being said, we left with very warm memories! We’d love to come back again and are already recommending this place to friends. With a few small improvements, this could become the perfect destination for a relaxing stay!
Wonderful place with delicious wine and great guide Volodmir. divine prices and pleasant service. A must see in Moldova. Unforgettable experience
Horrible experience with the wine tour Unfortunately the wine tour didn’t turn out as expected. We booked the tour specifically because of their amazing promotion video from a graphic designer, which they didn’t want to share and pretended that they don’t remember. Above others, I wouldn’t book a tour because of the following reasons: 1. As mentioned, they wouldn’t give credit to the artist who invested time and effort into promoting their brand locally and overseas. 2. We weren’t informed about the kind of choice we had regarding the wines and whether we get a glass each or a bottle in the end as a group. Up until the end we didn’t know if the bottle belongs to us or we should pay for it. 3. The snack pairing was disgusting and absolutely disappointing. We were given some basic snacks which didn’t go at all with the wines, and we even had it mentioned during the tour. Why do you provide the type of snacks to your guests that diminish the taste and quality of your wine? 4. During the tour there have been some massive historical mistakes. The guide told us that “In Dacian society, there was an aristocratic family that was the basis for the naming of a wine.” In reality, there were no aristocratic families in those times… 5. Total racism and disrespect from the guide. When we asked about the founders of the company we were given the answer that it was founded by one black person from Transnistria and two French people. I hope they will invest more into how they deliver these services to their guests. As a local, I’m very disappointed.
