If you’re looking for family and kid-friendly in Sapporo this is your place! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and really provided five star level service, helping with bags, arranging taxis and tours, providing forgotten items, etc. Navigating their website without Japanese was a little challenging so just to recap some of their amenities and services: - indoor and outdoor waterpark free with stay - spa and traditional onsen free with stay - 2 restaurants and a bakery in winter, 4 restaurants in summer - Designated play areas in restaurants - Outdoor playground in summer - In winter they make a sledding slide/hill and some snowmen and smaller sculptures out of snow on the main lawn - Video game arcade - Free shuttle bus service to and from the train station running every 2 hours - Free lending library with children’s books (in Japanese) and toys - Swimsuit and pool float rental for

Very nice hotel! We rented children toy from the front!!They invited us delicious cookies and wine when checking. So nice the hot spring and warm swimming pool. The room is quite large, included private room, restaurant, and toilet. And truest fully delicious breakfast. I love this hotel a lot!

Your classic resort style hotel with all the features you’d expect that to have. Pool with slides, ok buffet meals, and nice onsen with multiple types of bathing areas (my favorite was the hot to cold stone walking path). I stayed in one of the more updated rooms, it was actually quite large and the bathroom was extremely nice. Some of the furniture was a bit worn out but not in bad shape. Definitely family friendly.
