Chatrium Grand Bangkok

A stunning property in the heart of Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel effortlessly luxurious. The pool area is a showstopper — perfect city views, great vibe, and a peaceful escape from the buzz below. The executive lounge is another highlight — amazing service, thoughtful details, and impressive F&B. Service overall is top-tier. If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the cleanliness — good, but could be even sharper. The views, the comfort, the vibe — it all comes together. Definitely worth the stay.

We enjoyed a very lovely three nights stay, in the Chatrium grand in July. The family room was great. the rooftop pool was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was also very good. One thing to remember is that you need a credit card, not a debit card, for the hotel to take a deposit on arrival, this caused a bit of confusion, but we got there in the end.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The hospitality here is outstanding every member of the staff is always smiling, kind, and supportive. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially as a parent traveling with a young child. The hotel is very baby-friendly, with a great kids club and thoughtful amenities. They provided us with an excellent baby crib and even baby shower essentials, something I’ve never come across in other hotels. It made traveling with my child so much easier and more comfortable. The location is also fantastic, very close to Siam Paragon and other major shopping malls. The hotel even provides a convenient buggy ride to Siam Paragon, which made getting around with a baby so much more comfortable and hassle free. We also loved the little touches: after each room cleaning, we found new Thai treats in our room, which was such a delightful surprise. And on our departure, they gave us a special goodbye treat that made our stay feel even more memorable. I will definitely return to Chatrium Grand Bangkok on my next visits and will be highly recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special! 🌟
