Customer service was great when something didn’t work. We would definitely plan to go back.
Very dated hotel. It is pretty clean but the breakfast wasn’t that great nor fresh. It is comfortable for a few nights but I wouldn’t recommend longer stays. It’s a reasonably priced hotel for essential needs. The rooms are spacious but quit outdated. There is a lot of heavy fabric decorating the rooms - they could do with being steam cleaned or having the stale odours taken out. I booked and paid for 2 nights, I stayed for 1. But - that was simply because it wasn’t to my personal preference.
This is a shelter for street cats, not hotel. You can always see at least 3-4 cats inside of the hotel. And the worst thing they are moving freely where breakfast is served. If sanitary inspection exsist in Turkey they should close hotel because of this.
