A very nice hotel. Location is perfect: right at the beginning of Chaweng do you can walk down the whole street in one direction. Also the beach is really nice and clean. Staff is extremely nice and helpful - we feel totally safe and welcome here. Prices might be a little high but hey: it's a four star hotel, what do you expect. Only downside might be the airplanes... But to be honest, you get used to them and it is actually pretty cool seeing them flying right above your head . Other than that it is actually pretty quite, specially considering that it's right in the touristy party zone. What note can I say: go there to see for yourself... I can recommend it!

The chef crafted a culinary experience that completely exceeded our expectations. Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor—the best food we’ve ever had, without a doubt. This wasn’t just dinner, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We started in Australia, then went to China, Germany, the Czech Republic, Romania, Zanzibar, the USA, Austria, Brazil, and now for the third time in Thailand. Thailand is an amazing country with an exceptional service culture. But unfortunately, every exceptional place has its exceptions as well... We booked rooms at the Chaweng Regent Beach Resort and were shocked: Dirty sheets, sticky floors, dirty cutlery, and a nervous, impatient staff. In addition, the rooms are noisy; you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. I will share with you that the shock was so great that we decided to leave the next day even though we had paid in full in advance. We were mainly concerned about the risk of diseases caused by dirt.
