Hot spring is pretty old without maintenance.. floor in locker room is a bit dirty. Many lockers are broken .. it shouldn’t take much budget to fix it but somehow owner just ignore it.

This is as honest a review as it gets. The place is not maintained—dusty and outdated. The outdoor pool is nice; however, if you attract mosquitoes easily, you will get eaten alive. I stepped out for not even two minutes and got bitten all over. The property is surrounded by trees and grass, so it makes sense there are mosquitoes around. Unfortunately, it was unbearable for me—I couldn’t enjoy the pool or even just relax outside. The indoor hot spring was outdated. No sauna or steam room, which was disappointing. The food was good though, and the staff were helpful—I’ll give them that. I bought a voucher for $NT1,199, which included access to the gym, hot spring, outdoor pool, and a meal. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the cost for me. There are other places with better-maintained facilities at a lower price point. It was nowhere near a luxury experience or environment—it felt more like an aging community center than a wellness retreat. It’s a shame, because the space has potential, but it’s just not being taken care of.

the stay is alright, not too shabby but I didn’t expect that we’re not able to use the AC. I paid for my stay to be comfortable but instead I have to wake up in middle of the night because it’s too hot. I woke up sweating and called the front desk. The front desk just said “it’s the hotel policy , we can only give you a fan” I paid to feel comfortable in the hotel but end up having a bad night sleep.
