Cheeva Dee Hotel

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Cheeva Dee Hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The location in the Old Town is super convenient, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The man at the reception was incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful. When we had issues with the external laundry service, he went above and beyond, personally offering to dry and hold our clothes so we wouldn’t have to wait. That kind of support really made a difference for us! The room was spotless and comfortable, and we had probably the biggest bed we’ve slept in for a while, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. The hotel also has a lovely indoor pool and a peaceful patio area to chill out in. Breakfast was another highlight. It’s à la carte, with a small but delicious menu. You can even adjust your main dish to fit dietary needs or allergies, and they offer unlimited sides, including sardines, which we hadn’t seen offered elsewhere. It was a really enjoyable and easy stay, and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you again to the staff for making our time in Chiang Mai so special!

Amazing stay here in Chiang Mai! Super clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. The pool and lobby are beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Chiang Mai. Also great location that’s walking distance to many markets and temples. Thanks for an incredible stay!

Nice hotel very comfortable, had a room with a balcony, I had previously informed the hotel that it was my birthday and they managed to bring a surprise sweet treat for me upon check in. The room is big enough for 2 people but I struggled to find space for 2 suitcases on the floor when packing. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really big. 2 sinks 1 shower, 1 bath and 1 toilet. The receptionists were very accommodating managing to assist with every request we had, no matter the hour. There is a range to choose from when ordering breakfast, you can choose unlimited starters and 1 main, unlimited drinks too, all made to order! There are about 8 or so mains to choose from so plenty of variety for breakfast. The hotel's location is perfectly situated next to a temple and walking distance to the Sunday market which is huge.
