We had a wonderful stay at the Chelsea Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area is fantastic, complete with a nice little patio to relax on. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. We also appreciated the spacious parking, which easily accommodated our big Duramax diesel….even though a lot of people doubted it. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!
Very clean hotel, warm welcome on arrival with complimentary drinks and hot popcorn. An AI droid on meet and greet added to making a ' different' welcome experience. Room was spotlessly clean as was all bedding and towels. Staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant food was competitively priced and had a good selection. Location was ideal for theatre visits and for shopping. Readily available taxi services added to the simplicity of getting around. Would have no concerns with booking in here again.
It was fine. Location, location, location. Great location! Pool was good. Some amenities for kids too. Staff was lovely. This hotel isn't cheap, and charging 40 dollars a day for parking doesn't seem fair. Doesn't come with breakfast either. Fun fact: if you move a bed against a wall for your toddler, and forget to move it back or you will be charged 80 dollars.
