Chengdu House Hotel

A beautiful heritage property. Immaculately clean.

I (Mr & Mrs Chan) stayed in Deluxe Room 1216, check-in date: December 21, 2018, review: The Chengdu Courtyard Hotel is right next to Wenshu Monastery. It is a boutique hotel. The entire decoration is antique Chinese style. The price is not expensive but definitely not cheap. The experience of staying in proves that my choice this time is correct. Ms.Tia Zhang and Ms. Echo Chen at the front desk helped me check in with a smile. They kept smiling when checking us in and answered some of our questions very enthusiastically. Ms. Lily Waiter Li took the initiative to call me to find out when the box of the specialties I bought in Xi'an would be delivered, and everything was done very quickly. When the box of specialties arrived, he took the initiative to bring it to the counter. The service attitude was very good. When I met Ms. Echo Chen on the road, she would stop to say hello and patiently explain the various equipment in the room. It felt really comfortable. The service staff of such a unique hotel are very good and worthy of praise. The room is very warm and very clean. I like it very much and will come back next time.

Beautiful hotel in a renovated historical building. The rooms are a little dated and could do with a renovation, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast is quite basic. Location is great in the Wen Shu Monastery area you can walk out and there are lots of shops and small eateries nearby.
