Stayed here for a few hours since their was a long layover. The place is very clean and beautiful. Staffs are helpful even though they dont understand much English, they use translater to answer any questions. It's approximately 10 mins from the airport, they do provide free airport shuttle every 30 minutes, however taking a taxi from CTU airport is like $5 US. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Check out time is 2:00pm and 24hrs hours front desk so you can check in anytime.
Nice view and comfortable room given but the Aircon at level 3 is not working at all. Requested to change room but receptionist said full?
recently I stayed one night at this location on the 19th April 2018. No one speaks English. Waitress/staff at the DINING hall are VERY UNFRIENDLY. I reached hotel in the evening at 8.45pm for DINNER and DRINK. Waitress said NO MENU. NOW THEY ARE PREPARING FOR NEXT MORNING breakfast. In the meantime some more local people came at the restaurant and they were served dinner.
