I would say this hotel was perfect in every way except that I was locked out of my room on the day I had to head to work for an important meeting. Despite them resetting the key card once the door still couldn’t open. However they were quick to call the correct person and rectified the issue fast. The shower water pressure was so strong and water was rly hot. Room service portions were so generous and probably the best room service food I’ve ever had. Staff were all very professional and helpful. There’s a mall called in99 across the road with Pop mart / Chagee etc. Will stay again!

The room was clean and had a pleasant fragrance. Although I was initially assigned a twin bed despite preferring a king-size, the receptionist was helpful in arranging a room change to one with a king-size bed, albeit in a smaller space. The city view from the 24th floor was nice, but the window was too dirty to take clear pictures. The room amenities were comprehensive, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast on the fifth floor offered a wide variety of cuisine. The hotel’s location is convenient, situated in the city near the financial district, and it’s just a little over 20 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given did not match the description on the website, which stated it had two double beds. Instead, I received a room with two single beds, and the staff was not helpful at all in resolving the issue. I spent nearly two hours at the reception trying to get this sorted out, but the management showed very low attention to the problems. I lost a day of my trip because I had to sleep during the day, and despite promises that the situation would be resolved, nothing was done. As a result, I had to cancel my remaining nights and rebook at the Kempinski hotel, which was on a completely different level of service and comfort. This is the first time in a long while that I have encountered such poor service from a hotel. I cannot recommend this place, and I certainly cannot leave a good review.
