Reserved a "non-smoking room" and when we arrived, the room smelled VERY strong of cigarettes. We were then told that even though the rooms are non-smoking that people still smoke in them. No discount, only an apology. Smell is so bad that my eyes burn and throat hurts. Stomach aches and feeling dizzy. Don't need the jacuzzi tub, need a room that doesn't smell like a bar from the 50s.

Premise was very very cold when we entered . Took over an hour to reach normal temp . As previous said , a bit far to the subway . Dated decor . Cost is standard to a central good area . LV , Gucci ,etc are very nearby .

I can't believe that the management here is blaming us for blockage of toilet on us. 2 days ago, we have reported toilet problem and they told us that they'll take care of it and will change our room if they can't solve the problem. When we got home late same night, it wasn't fixed so we have asked them to fix it again yesterday on our way out and TO USE TOILET at nearby Starbucks. Toilet was fixed when we return to room last night but didn't cleaned our room even though we've left "Make Room" sign. This morning, toilet was blocked again so I went down to the office and asked them to change our room. But this lady at the desk started to blamed us for the toilet problem on us for using too much toilet paper. Of course that they will find more than usual toilet papers as it has been running slow or half blocked condition since we've checked in on 6/12. Instead of change to different room or said sorry for inconveniencing us, the management's attitude is out of line. We have been traveling for a month now and stayed at 6 different hotels before this place and this is worst treatment we've received.
