Cher Hotel & Spa Istanbul

The staff is amazing and will definitely go the extra mile. I've had a nice chat with the two receptionists and they were very friendly and their english is very good so no problem with communication. The location of the hotel is nice but there is a big amount of walking to the famous mosques, Grand Bazaar, Galeta tower but it is totally doable. As you walk you pass by some nice stores with turkish stuff. The rooms are quite big and spatious, AC worked nice but the beds were a bit too soft for my liking. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of different options. Otherwise very nice hotel, would recommend. P.S.: they have 2 nice cats in the lobby!

I’d like to thank Nastaran, the receptionist at Cher Hotel, for her kindness and professionalism. She was extremely helpful and caring toward my elderly parents during their stay, making sure they were comfortable and well-assisted despite the language barrier. Truly appreciated!

I had a fantastic stay at Cher Hotel & Spa — beautiful, clean, and relaxing. But what truly stood out was the outstanding service from Ms. Nastaran at reception. She is incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was with booking, recommendations, or any questions I had, she handled everything with care and genuine warmth. Staff like Ms. Nastaran are a true asset to any hotel ,her presence made all the difference in my stay. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend this hotel, thanks to her.
