It’s a beautiful property. Small yet has the best feels. Their pool villa, is the most scenic. You’ll get romantic feels throughout. Service is good. They don’t have any Indian food. Veg options are 2-3. So food, get from outside for Indian or veg. Otherwise it’s a plus!
The resort is very average. The room is large enough but does not give a 4 star wow factor. In 1 of my rooms the ac was not working but they did nothing. Towards check out they charged me for a hand towel stating they could not find it.
Not worth a dollar! Greedy staff, horrible service! Pros: The rooms are clean and spacious but that’s about it. Cons: the location is NOT good. You are next to a highway and there is nothing around. You need to take a taxi absolutely everywhere including a cafe thats only some meters away, unless you want to get hit by a car… -The room was infested with ants! -The pictures make the hotel look amazing but it’s not functional. The pool is dirty with endless dead insects and isn’t cleaned ever! The entire hotel has only 4 sun beds and you are forced to lay on the ground on your bath towel as they don’t provide pool towels. -You can’t ask for extra towels as they will only exchange them. Very inconvenient. You literally have one towel for everything! -The breakfast is awful! The food is veeery limited and reheated daily. -The Wi-Fi doesn’t work amd barely has one bar AND it’s next to the reception! The pool Wi-Fi looks stronger but don’t remember the password! -Cleaning doesn’t pay attention to details, after cleaning the room they left the cleaning supplies in the room and our 5 year old almost drank that pink looking cleaning poison!!! -Kids under 6 years old supposed to stay free as per their website but the staff forced us to pay for them full price of an adult! -Lastly, they are get greedy and try to charge you for absolutely everything! We had friends who lives in Krabi visited us during the day at the hotel and the reception forced us to pay for them full price of the stay despite us repeating many times that the friends are just visiting and not staying over at the hotel!
