Cherry Tree Pub

We stayed at the Cherry Tree whilst exploring Suffolk and visiting Sutton Hoo which is a short drive away. The room was lovely, spacious and good facilities. The breakfast is fantastic, quality ingredients cooked to order. We had an evening meal too which was also good. Great pub, good beer and nice outdoor area. Would definitely recommend and Woodbridge is definitely worth a visit

Stopped at The Cherry Tree Inn in Woodbridge for lunch and a pint, absolutely fantastic. Proper old-school pub charm, great food, and a well-poured pint. The kind of place where you instantly feel at home, whether you're a local or just passing through. After indulging, you can walk it off with a lovely riverside stroll down by the Deben. Perfect combo: good grub, good beer, and a scenic walk to justify it. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in service & quality of food. Chips & onion rings very overcooked, we weren’t informed it was smoked ham which was also grey in colour! Staff when informed were not interested. No refund or reduction in price despite plates showing evidence that two thirds of the meals hadn’t been eaten. Pub mostly empty so no excuse for lack of food & service quality! Won’t be returning.
